Located in North Wilkesboro, North Carolina, we proudly serve families throughout the Foothills, Western North Carolina, and Piedmont regions with compassionate, personalized speech and language therapy services.
Founded by Becky Russell, MS, CCC-SLP, NewCastle Speech Services was created from a passion for bringing experienced, high-quality speech therapy services to the local community and surrounding areas. With more than 25 years of experience in Speech-Language Pathology, Becky and her team are committed to helping every client communicate with greater confidence, clarity, and success.
Our team of nationally and state-licensed Speech-Language Pathologists and Speech-Language Assistants provides individualized, evidence-based therapy tailored to each client’s unique strengths, challenges, and goals. We specialize in working with children who have specialized therapy needs, while also supporting teens and adults with a wide range of communication disorders and developmental challenges.
